Privacy notice

This notice says what Bluebeans does with the data of people who join the waitlist and of people who visit this site.

Who looks after your data

Fabio Suizu decides how the data is handled.

To talk about privacy, write to privacy@bluebeansgames.com.

On the waitlist, only your email and the language of the page where you signed up.

We don’t ask for your name, phone or address.

To let you know when a Bluebeans game is ready to download. And to share news about the games.

We don’t sell or rent your email.

We use your email with your consent, given when you join the list. That is what article 7, item I, of Brazil’s data protection law (LGPD) provides.

You can withdraw your consent at any time.

We keep your email while you are on the list.

If you leave, your email is deleted from the list.

Your email is stored with the hosting and email services that run the list. They may only use it to provide that service.

Some of these services may be outside Brazil. If so, the transfer follows the LGPD rules.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your email. You can find out who it was shared with. And you can withdraw your consent.

Just write to privacy@bluebeansgames.com. We reply within 15 days.

Every email from the list has a link to leave it.

You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

This site uses no cookies and no analytics tools.

Game high scores and the beans you find are kept only in your browser. They never reach us.

The waitlist is for people aged 13 or older.

If you are younger, ask a parent or guardian to join for you.

If this notice changes, the date at the top changes too.

We will email the list about any major change.
